Working with the folks at Summit Spas was fantastic. We recently got a used spa from them and the professionalism and treatment by the entire staff was second to none. Even though the spa was used they made sure it was in perfect working order and treated us as if we had just bought the top of the line unit. The installation was very smooth, with them even helping me troubleshoot an electrical issue with my outlet. I was provided with instructions and chemicals to maintain a sanitary tub and even though this is my first spa and after a quick tutorial and what to and not to do I am confident in my using my new spa.
